i'm not entirely sure how, but i'm down ten pounds and my clothes are literally falling off of me. what was tight, is now loose, so i suppose i should buy something differant to wear. or a better belt.
fatmaneatingicecream running, watching his calories, splurging on junk food, regreting that splurge while he is off running. essentially, this is my way of keeping myself honest about what i'm eating, and chronicling my attempt to find a fitter body, and maybe lose a few pounds.

I'm down 7 clicks from when I started this: paying attention to what i eat, exercizing, all that jazz. I'm psyched! And I can see my toes as I weigh in. Now, for maintaining this AND losing the other 8 pounds...
